Return & Cancellation Policy

9.1. If you want to return the item, you can return the item within 14 days, starting on the day after receiving the products. These items CANNOT be returned for understandable hygienic reasons.

9.3. Items that you have purchased in the clearance / clearance prices cannot be returned either.

9.4. For glassware, breakage etc. must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, after which complaints about breakage are no longer possible.

9.5. If you return it unstamped, we will not accept it.

10 Cooling-off period (for private buyers only)

10.1. After the customer has received the product ordered by him/her, the customer has the authority to dissolve the underlying agreement with Happytoys within fourteen (14) working days after payment. The customer does not have to give a reason for this. However, items as mentioned under article 9.2 are expressly excluded from this article.

10.2. If the customer wishes to terminate the agreement pursuant to article 9.1 of these conditions, the customer must report this in writing (by e-mail, letter or fax) to Happytoys. If the customer has already received the product, the customer will - after consultation with Happytoys - send it to a return address determined by Happytoys. In this case, the customer must bear the costs and risk of sending it.

10.3. Payments that the customer has already made at the time that the customer has revoked the agreement with Happytoys in accordance with Article 9.1. and 9.2 of these Terms and Conditions, Happytoys will refund these payments to the customer as soon as possible after Happytoys has received the product returned by the customer.

10.4. Happytoys reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only a portion of the amount already paid, if there is a suspicion that the product has already been opened, used or damaged through the fault of the customer (other than that of Happytoys or the supplier of the product).

10.5. If a product is returned that in the opinion of Happytoys has suffered damage due to an act or omission of the customer or otherwise at the customer's risk, Happytoys will notify the customer of this in writing (by fax, letter or e-mail). Happytoys has the right to deduct the decrease in value of the product as a result of this damage from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
